The report “Circular Economy Indicators Euskadi 2026”, prepared by Ihobe, the Public Environmental Management Company attached to the Department of Industry, Energy Transition and Sustainability of the Basque Government, updates the monitoring panel for the implementation of the circular economy in Euskadi, initiated in 2018 and updated in 2021, to assess the territory's progress with respect to the objectives set by the European Union and the Euskadi Circular Economy Strategy 2030.

The document offers a comprehensive view of the life cycle of materials, products, and services in the Basque economy, allowing for the analysis of the evolution of the main indicators of circularity, comparing results with the European context and identifying priority areas for action to continue moving towards a low-carbon and resource-efficient economy.
